This includes:

*clean/replace air filter ( provided by the customer )

*check freon charge and clean unit ( additional cost to add freon )

*oil all moving parts if required

*check all electrical components including thermostat

*check the condition of the duct system.

Note: it will be an additional cost for replacing any electrical component or thermostat.
