This includes:
*clean/replace air filter(provided by the customer)
*check freon charge and clean unit(additional cost to add freon)
*oil all moving parts if required
*check all electrical components including thermostat
*check the condition of the duct sys.
Note: it will be a additional cost for replacing any electrical component or thermostat.
